NEW YORK, (Reuters) – The U.S. Securities regulator said Tuesday that Tesla Inc CEO Elon Musk must remain bound to his 2018 agreement with company lawyers to get advance approval for certain of his Twitter use (NYSE:).
A filing was made in Manhattan Federal Court by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. It also denied what it called Musk’s “substantially meritless” motion for a stay of a subpoena seeking records about his November Twitter poll regarding whether to sell any Tesla stock.
