Nvidia (NASDAQ 🙂 hosted its highly anticipated GTC event on Tuesday. Jensen Huang (CEO of the company) presented a new GPU as well as discussing recent AI and Omniverse developments.

Here are key insights shared by 6 Nvidia analysts at the event.

Rosenblatt’s Hans Mosesmann ($400): We consider Intel (NASDAQ;) to be at higher risk. This is because of the GPU, CPU, and memory fronts. But, we support AMD, Broadcom, and Marvell roadmaps. These plans include an innovation pace that will keep up with Nvidia.

BofA Vivek Arya (Buy), $375: BofA maintains Buy. Management presented a near $1Tn market opportunity in AI hardware and Gaming. This was followed by a top sector pick.

Raymond James’ Chris Caso (Strong Buy). The stock is highly valued at $40x. However, the company has experienced 50% growth in revenue over the past 2 years. This is combined with significant product cycles as well new revenue streams.

Toshiya Hari, Goldman Sachs (Neutral), $245: The event gave us a greater appreciation for Nvidias long term growth potential (note managements longterm TAM estimate of $1 trillion), as well as its strong competitive position. We have rated the stock Neutral due to the possible risk/reward. However, we are open to constructive suggestions if/when given a better entry point, or normalization of Gaming Segment revenue.

Harlan Sur from JPMorgan (Overweight, $355): NVIDIA’s leading silicon, hardware/software platforms and strong ecosystem position it to take advantage of the major secular trends in AI and high-performance computing. NVIDIA is 1-2 steps ahead its competition.

Barclays’ Blayne Cutis (Overweight, 350): Although there was no updated guidance available, trends seem strong and the company plans to continue its $5B buybacks until the end. NVDA continues to be one of our favorites thanks to leverage from the Data Center, Auto finally indexing in 2H and with the greatest number of drivers.
