China cuts items on 2022 negative list for market access -Breaking

BEIJING (Reuters), – China has reduced the number sectors and industries which are closed to investors from both Chinese and other countries on the so-called “negative list” for market access.

According to a document published by the National Development and Reform Commission (123 on the 2020 List), the 2022 industry list that is either prohibited or restricted has been reduced from 123 to 117.

Industries that are not listed on this list can be invested in by anyone and do not require approval.
