Boeing appoints Ted Colbert as CEO of defense and space business -Breaking

(Reuters) – Boeing (NYSE) Co has appointed Ted Colbert president and chief executive of its security, defense and space businesses.

Leanne Caret was a company veteran who took over the defense department in 2016.

Colbert was succeeded by Stephanie Pope, who has been named president and chief executive officer of Boeing Global Services (BGS).

Boeing announced that the leadership changes would take effect on April 1.
