Jonathan Kees from Daiwa Capital Markets began research coverage for Roblox at Outsider with a price target of $56.00 per Share.

Roblox is a leader in mobile gaming.

RBLX is able to reach users below 13 years old and has differentiators such as 11M developers, speed and ease-of-use. The analyst expressed concerns over the potential aging of its users and lower monetization with the company’s international expansion. He also noted that the future may bring higher operating costs.

Kees began research coverage for Unity Software (NYSE:), at Outperform, with a price target of $110.00 per shares.

Our view might be premature on the names, but we prefer to be earlier than later. Both are now able to reap the benefits of both risk and reward. Although they are still high compared with peers, the prices of both stocks and their respective 52-week lows is near what it was in 1952. Market leadership is the reason we believe peer premiums can be justified. The analyst stated that 2H22 will provide greater clarity about both user expansion and profitability. We believe this is closer than most investors anticipate.”
