WASHINGTON, (Reuters) – U.S. President Joe Biden said Tuesday that Russia’s actions in scaling down military operations in Ukraine are still to be determined. Washington and its allies continue to support Ukraine with tough sanctions and assistance.

After meeting with Lee Hsien Loong, Prime Minister of Singapore, he said that “we’ll see” if the Russian-Kyiv negotiation continues. We’ll continue to monitor what’s happening.”
