Fnatic Uses Blockchain Technology. Crypto.com Supports- Crypto.com will be supporting Fnatic’s new membership program with Web3 integrations.
- Fnatic plans to include blockchain technology as part of its membership programme.
- There are three levels to the membership program, and rewards vary depending on which tier you’re at.
Crypto.com – Fnatic’s global partner – is supporting the eSports company’s progression in the Web3 space. Fnatic is supported by Crypto.com Payment, Crypto.com DEFi wallet integrations and future exclusive drops. Fnatic Members get access to Fnatic Drops and early access for physical and digital events.
Fnatic’s membership program provides owners access to real-world benefits that would give enduring value to fans. NFT keys are used to build the membership program. This will enable fans to purchase their membership, rather than renting it. Furthermore, the membership keys run on a ‘proof-of-stake’ blockchain – more ecofriendly than ‘proof-of-work’ blockchains.
Fnatic’s Chief Executive Officer Sam Matthers said that in any brand – especially eSports – community is everything. “After collecting feedback, we worked tirelessly to create a future-facing program of ongoing benefits that are integrated directly into our product, and built for the long term,” Matthers added.
Fnatic fans should feel an immediate sense of belonging. It’s truly theirs to hold onto forever, pass on to a friend or even sell.
Fnatic revealed details about their new membership program, which will offer fans a variety of valuable rewards through Crypto.com’s support. The rewards will be offered through digital and physical goods, content and exclusive events. Fnatic ID was launched shortly after the program launch.
Users can avail Fnatic’s Membership Program in three tiers – with its own set of benefits and features.
Rewards are based on the user’s tiers. These could include access to digital and physical events as well as Fnatic shop discounts and meet-and-greets with Fnatic creator and pro-player rosters.
Fnatics will receive discounts and access early to the keys. For the membership program’s initial release, Citizen keys will be unlimited until April 7. Core and Pioneer keys, however, will only be available for 2,500 per person. You can view the complete listing of features and rewards for each Tier on the Fnatic Memberships Page.
