Healthcare group Sanofi targets Dupixent peak sales of over 13 billion euros -Breaking

PARIS (Reuters). – French Healthcare Group Sanofi (NASDAQ): Despite being behind its rivals in the race of COVID-19 vaccids, Dupixent has increased Tuesday its sales targets for eczema treatments to 13 billion euros ($14.3billion).

Sanofi stated in a statement that “The new ambition doesn’t include the potential for additional sales ambition upgrades from chronic obstructive lung disease (COPD), with pivotal readingouts expected in 2023.”

Analysts at JP Morgan, an investment bank, stated this month that they expect Sanofi’s peak sales guidance for Dupixent will rise to around $15 billion.

Sanofi has partnered with GlaxoSmithKline (NYSE) in the development of a COVID-19 vaccination.
