Paychex Earnings, Revenue Beat in Q3 -Breaking

Paychex (NASDAQ) – Investing.com reported Wednesday that the third quarter beat analyst forecasts, and that revenue exceeded expectations.

Paychex reported earnings per share at $1.15 on $1.28B in revenue. Investing.com polled analysts and predicted EPS at $1.05 for revenue $1.22B.

Paychex shares have fallen 2% since the start of the year. However, they are still below 4.63% of its 52-week high of $138.96 on December 30, 2021. They are outperforming the S&P 500 which is down 2.82% from the start of the year.

Following the publication, Paychex shares rose 0.78% in premarket trade.

Paychex reported after Broadcom beat them on March 3rd, reporting EPS $8.39 on revenues of $7.71B. This compares to Broadcom forecasts of EPS $8.13 for revenue of $7.61B.

Oracle’s March 10th quarter results were disappointing. The company reported a $1.13 EPS on revenues of $10.51B for the third quarter, which was below expectations. This compares to the $1.18 EPS forecasted on revenue of 10.51 billion.
