Biden meets with parents of former U.S. Marine being held in Russia -Breaking

WASHINGTON (Reuters] – The White House announced Wednesday that President Joe Biden had met with Trevor Reed’s parents. Reed is a former Marine, who was sentenced to nine years in prison in Russia.

Biden reiterated his resolve to pursue the release Reed and all Americans being held unlawfully in Russia and abroad, Jen Psaki (White House spokesperson) stated in a statement.
