WASHINGTON (Reuters), – On Thursday, President Joe Biden claimed that Russian President Vladimir Putin seemed to be trying to isolate himself in Russia. Some of his advisers may have been fired or placed under house arrest.

Biden stated that “He appears to be self-isolated” and indicated that some of his advisors have been fired or placed under house arrest. He did not cite evidence. But I do not want to place too much trust in this at the moment.”
