Amazon objects to union’s victory in Staten Island, alleging interference -Breaking

(Reuters) – Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ:) claimed without providing any evidence that the Union Staten Island Workers voted for had threatened Staten Island employees to vote in favour of organizing as part of the objections it is filing to the election last week.
Amazon Labor Union (ALU), the name of the group, did not respond immediately to a request for comments.
Amazon was granted extra time by the U.S. National Labor Relations Board to prove its objections on Thursday. These included that Amazon interfered with worker lines waiting to vote.
