Bolt, an online e-commerce platform based out of San Francisco is expanding into cryptocurrency and nonfungible tokens. Wyre has been acquired by Bolt.

Bolt was announced in a joint statement on Thursday. AttainedWyre is expected to sign a definitive deal to purchase it, and the transaction will close in 2022.
