Kroger, Target, WD-40 -Breaking

Investing.com — U.S. stocks have moved lower initially, but now they are mixed with both the and gaining. Below are the Friday midday movers for Friday, April 8, 2018. 

Kroger Company(NYSE:) has risen by more than 3% since BofA raised the shares of the company from Neutral, to Buy. This raises the price target from $61 to $75 and reflects the possibility that higher grocery inflation could drive EPS upside. 

Biofrontera Inc(NASDAQ:) Full-year and reported earnings. Analyst expectations were not met, and earnings per share (and revenue) fell short of analyst estimates. However, the company stated that 2022 revenues will be 30% more than 2021. Biofrontera trades 17.8% higher at midday.

Robinhood Markets  (NASDAQ:) is down 7.7% after a downgrade to Sell from Neutral by Goldman Sachs. GS indicated that the company has a limited path to profitability in the near future, likely limiting stock performance.

Target CorporationThe stock gained 3.3% following Gordon Haskett’s upgrade to the stock, based upon “remarkably consistent traffic trends”. Target’s target price was increased to $300, by an analyst who had previously raised it from $255. 

HP IncUBS downgraded (NYSE:), to Neutral (Buy) following the news Thursday about Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:). UBS said HP shares were “likely tread water” since the risk/reward balance is now.

WD-40 Company (NASDAQ:) surged 11% following Thursday night’s company report that exceeded revenue and earnings estimates.
