(Reuters) – Annual inflation will rise because of the base effect. The Russian central bank stated Friday that the tightening monetary conditions will keep pro-inflationary risk at bay.
Friday saw the central bank decide to reduce its key rate by 300 basis point to 17% beginning April 11.
