Goldman Sachs acquires NN Investment Partners for $1.85 billion -Breaking

LONDON (Reuters), – Goldman Sachs announced on Monday that it acquired a Netherlands-based asset manager NN (NASDAQ:) Investment Partners at NN Group, 1.7 Billion Euros ($1.85 Billion).

NN Investment Partners will become part of Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Goldman Sachs now has approximately 2.8 trillion dollars in assets. The firm employs more than 900 people.
