WASHINGTON (Reuters] – Monday’s request by the U.S. Justice Department to a federal appeals Court allowed Biden to resume enforcing a mandate for federal vaccine enforcement that was previously blocked in January.

The 5th Circuit U.S. Appeal Court panel reinstated Thursday President Joe Biden’s executive ordering that all federal civil employees must be immunized against COVID-19. Monday’s request by the Justice Department to the appeals courts was for the court to “appropriately take steps” so the government can resume the enforcement of Biden’s executive orders.
