Benettons, Blackstone offer 23 euros a share in Atlantia bid -Breaking

MILAN (Reuters) – The Holding Company of Italy’s Benetton Family and the U.S. Investment Fund Blackstone (NYSE) will invest up to 12.7 Billion Euros ($14 Billillion) in Atlantia to purchase out other investors and privatize the motorway and airport operator.
Two partners announced that they would offer shares at 23 euros each. That is 24.4% more than the price of the share on April 5. Rumours surrounding the offer fueled gains. ($1=0.9163 euros)
