Montenegro has made Vitalik citizen as part of plans for it to be a blockchain hub.

Montenegrin’s government is reportedly making Vitalik Buterin, the creator of blockchain technology, its new citizen.

Montenegrin news outlet RTCB reported that Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić RecommendationButerin will have the honor of helping the nation in the southeast European region promote its ambitions to be a Blockchain Innovation Hub.
