(Reuters) – Russia warned America that Washington will have “unpredictable” consequences if it continues arming Ukraine. The Washington Post reported Friday.

Interfax reported that a spokeswoman for Moscow’s foreign ministry confirmed Russia sent diplomat notes to other countries about weapons supplies to Ukraine. However, she did not specify what messages they contained.

The Post quotes Russia as saying, “We ask the United States to end the irresponsible military intervention in Ukraine,” which has unforeseeable consequences for international and regional security.”
