Zelenskiy asked Biden to designate Russia a ‘state sponsor of terrorism’

This was according to the Washington Post on Friday.
The newspaper stated that Biden didn’t commit to any specific actions in the call.
This label is applicable to all countries that have “repeatedly supported acts of international terror,” according to the newspaper, which cited a State Department factsheet. The current list comprises four countries, North Korea, Iran, Cuba and Syria.
