WonderFi Technologies is a Canadian decentralized finance platform. It plans to expand its reach in Canada with the purchase of Coinberry, a crypto exchange, for $38 millions. Once the transaction is completed, the platform will become the second WonderFi-regulated cryptocurrency exchange.

Recent closings of the company were announced. Acquisition of Bitbuy’s parent firm First Ledger Corp. for $162 million. In an interview, Kevin O’Leary mentioned that there will be “several more and even bigger” acquisitions that are on the way.
