TOKYO, Reuters – Bank of Japan Governor Haruhikokuroda stated Monday that recent sharp weakness in the yen may have an impact on Japanese companies’ earnings plans.

Kuroda stated that it is important for currencies to move in a stable manner reflecting economic fundamentals.
