Volkswagen China says its plants in Changchun resume production -Breaking

The city has been easing COVID regulations.
According to the company, it’s still studying whether it would be possible for production to resume at Shanghai’s plant. It manages this joint venture with SAIC Motor. SAIC Motor said Sunday that it is conducting stress tests to determine if its factory in China’s financial center can be restarted.
