Germany stocks mixed at close of trade; DAX down 0.07% -Breaking

Investing.com – Germany stocks were mixed after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher while losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

Frankfurt closed with the index losing 0.07%. The index gained 0.18% at the close and the index increased 0.26%.

They were the top performers at the session Continental AG O.N. (ETR): The ETR rose by 3.91%, or 2.48 points, to close at 65.98. Meanwhile, HelloFresh SE (ETR) was increased 3.37%, or 1.28 points, to reach 39.22 Daimler Truck Holding Late trade saw AG (ETR) rise 3.26%, or 0.77 points, to 24.52

Merck KGaA(ETR:), the worst-performing session, fell 3.74% to end at 163.80 and traded at 179.95 by the close. Deutsche Boerse AG(ETR:), fell 2.70%, or 4.55 point to close at 163.80. Vonovia SE was down 2.00% (or 0.80 points) to 39.13.

These were the top performers on MDAX Jungheinrich AG O.N.VZO (ETR) rose 3.87%, to 24.16 Duerr AG (ETR :), which rose 2.81% to settle in at 24.86 Siemens Energy AG (ETR) closed at 19.56 with a gain of 2.81%

They were among the most disappointing. Hypoport AG (ETR:) which was down 9.83% to 319.20 in late trade, K&S AG (ETR:) which lost 3.39% to settle at 34.16 and Grand City Properties SA (ETR:), which fell 2.18% to 17.51 by the end.

The TecDAX’s top performers were Nordex SE O.N. (ETR.) which rose 3.8% to 16.51. Infineon Technologies AG NA O.N. (ETR) was 3.07% higher to reach 27.68 Aixtron SE (ETR) closed at 23.12. with a gain of 2.71%

Sartorius VZO O.N. and Sartorius AG VRZO O.N. were the worst performers. (ETR) was at 1.91% lower than 374.80 late trade. Morphosys AG O.N. (ETR) which fell 1.86% to settle on 23.68 CompuGroup Medical AG O.N. O.N.

The Frankfurt Stock Exchange saw rising stocks surpass declining ones by 356 to 339, and ended the day unchanged.

Hypoport AG’s shares fell by 9.83% (or 34.80 to 319.20) to their 52-week lowest.

The, which is a measure of implied volatility in DAX options, increased by 3.61% to 26.08.

For June delivery, Gold Futures fell 1.36% (or 27.00) to $1.959.40 an ounce. In commodities trading, crude oil fell 5.4% or 5.34 to reach $102.27 per barrel. The June Brent oil contract dropped 5.0% or 5.77, to trade at $107.39/barrel.

EUR/USD was unaffected by 0.19%, 1.08 and EUR/GBP unchanged at 0.22% each.

US Dollar Index Futures were up 0.12% to 100.89
