Options traders bet on big post-earnings gains for Tesla

The most active choices were those that included the [April 22 weekly]1,100- and 1,050-strike calls. Khouw said that nearly 35,000 contracts traded in the 1,050s at $20 per contract. To make a bullish wager that the stock will rise by 4.3%, call buyers of these calls risk a little less than 2% of current stock prices.

Tesla dropped more than 3% on Wednesday, midday.
