U.S. appeals court will not reconsider California net neutrality ruling -Breaking

WASHINGTON (Reuters), a U.S. Court of Appeals stated Wednesday it won’t reconsider its Jan decision not to overturn California’s net-neutrality law.

Three-judge panel from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, a three-judge panel of the 9th U.S. A petition to the appeals court for a full hearing was denied by them on Wednesday.
