Zelenskiy says Ukraine needs $7 billion per month to make up for losses caused by invasion -Breaking

WASHINGTON (Reuters), Ukraine President Volodymyr Zilenskiy claimed on Thursday that Ukraine requires $7 billion per month in order to recover from economic losses resulting from Russia’s invasion.

Zelenskiy gave a virtual address at a World Bank forum and stated that the international community must immediately exclude Russia from all financial institutions. He also urged countries to end their relations with Moscow.

According to him, the Russian blockade at Black Sea ports by Russia has prevented Ukraine from exporting and negatively impacted world food security.
