South Korea’s Moon Jae-in and North Korea’s Kim Jong Un exchange letters

According to KCNA Moon stated that he wants to declare the foundation of reunification from both sides even after he leaves office as president. According to the report, Kim acknowledged the efforts and pains taken by Moon.
“The exchanging of personal letters between top leaders from the North and South shows their deep trust,” KCNA stated.
Moon spokesperson stated that Kim asked for cooperation and said dialogue must prevail over “eras of confrontation.” Reuters reported.
