Green Satoshi Token (GST) is 4th on CoinMarketCap’s list of trending crypto projects. Due to its participation in STEPN, the project gained popularity.

GST is now $5.23. It has been slightly lower by 0.09% over the last 24hrs. But, the monthly and weekly price movements are quite different. GST has increased 25.28% in the last week’s chart. As the GST price has increased by over 52% during the month, the 30-day price chart shows this price trend.

GST’s market cap is only $18,807,525, and has a 24-hour trading volume of $68,846,350. These numbers, along with those of other crypto projects, are quite low.

One of the major reasons for GST’s trending status is its involvement with STEPN – the highest trending project in the space at the moment. STEP, a Web 3.0 lifestyle application, has SocialFi and GameFi components. Players can get rewards for running, jogging or just simply walking outside.

Both GST tokens and GMT can be used to participate in the STEPN community. To participate in some in-game activities, GST tokens must be purchased. GMT tokens serve as the governance token.

As STEPN climbs up the crypto trending list, it seems to be taking GST with it as both GMT and GST find themselves on CoinMarketCap’s list. Both tokens will continue to dominate the trending lists. We will find out in the future.
