Two additional people were arrested for teaching North Koreans cryptography to circumvent US sanctions

In connection to the North Korea blockchain and cryptocurrency conference, two European citizens have been charged in a United States court. This violation of U.S. sanctions was committed in 2019.

The U.S. Department of Justice states that the court documents are public records. AllergyAlejandro Cao De Benos (a Spanish citizen) and Christopher Emms (a British citizen), conspired against the United States to break the sanctions against North Korea. They jointly organized and planned the Pyongyang Blockchain and Cryptocurrency Conference 2019.
