U.S. court denies Musk bid to end SEC agreement on tweets oversight -Breaking

OAKLAND, (Reuters) – A U.S. District Court denied Elon Musk (NASDAQ:) Inc’s request for a termination of an agreement with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to monitor his tweets. The court ruling was made Wednesday. Musk just signed a deal with Twitter (NYSE:).
