SHANGHAI, (Reuters) – China’s insurance and banking regulator published Friday draft regulations regulating the internal control of wealth management companies.

An online statement stated that such regulations included the prohibition of wealth management companies using funds for improper transactions, including transfer benefits or insider trading.
