WASHINGTON (Reuters), – U.S. Vice President Joe Biden stated Tuesday that he received information that a leaked decision indicating that the U.S. Supreme Court could overturn landmark 1973 Roe v. Wade ruling, was a real draft.

Biden stated that the reasoning in the leaked document was troubling, but that he wasn’t ready to now make a decision on whether or not the filibuster should go.

He said, “If this decision is held, it’s really quite radical decision,” before he went on to Alabama.

It is more than a concern about whether there are rights to choose. “It goes beyond the concern of whether or not there is a right to choose. It also includes other fundamental rights.”
