Bots invade the network and cause Solana’s seventh outage.A large volume of transactions generated by nonfungible token minting bots caused a network disruption lasting seven hours overnight on Saturday and Sunday.
The network was congested by four million transactions or 100 gigabits data per second. Validators were forced to abandon consensus, and Solana became dark just before 8:00 PM UTC.
