(Reuters) – NYSE-parent Intercontinental Trade (NYSE:) mentioned on Wednesday it will purchase Black Knight (NYSE:) in a cash-and-stock deal that values the software program and knowledge analytics agency at $13.1 billion.

ICE’s supply of $85 per share is a premium of almost 34% to Black Knight’s Tuesday shut, and the enterprise worth of the deal is about $16 billion.

Black Knight supplies built-in ecosystem of software program, knowledge and analytics options to the true property and housing finance markets.

The businesses count on the transaction to shut within the first half of 2023.
