LONDON, Reuters – British Airways’ owner IAG (LON) stated on Friday that it saw a strong recovery of business travel during the first quarter. It expects to become profitable in the second and full year.

According to the company that also holds Iberia, Aer Lingus and Iberia, the government has been easing travel restrictions in Britain. This led to increased travel demand without any noticeable effects from the conflict in Ukraine.
