Bayer’s farming business drives Q1 earnings beat -Breaking

FRANKFURT, (Reuters) – Bayer (OTC) reported that its quarterly core adjusted earnings increased by 27.5% due to strong results in the seeds and pesticides divisions.
The company posted an average analyst estimate at 4.65 trillion euros, which was well below the 5.25 Billion euros (or $5.55 billion) first quarter earnings.
Group confirmed that it will continue to provide guidance on full-year results.
