Israel stocks higher at close of trade; TA 35 up 0.91% -Breaking
Investing.com – Israel stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the , and sectors led shares higher.
The gain was 0.91% at the closing in Tel Aviv.
They were the top performers at the session OPKO Health Inc TASE:, which rose 10.5% or 88.90 point to trade at 965 at the close. Meanwhile, Shikun & Binui TASE: added 3.20%, or 57.00 point to close at 1,841.00. Alony Hetz Properties and Investments Ltd was up 2.76% (or 138.00) to 5,139.00 in trade late.
Bezeq Israeli Telecommunication Corp Ltd., (TASE:), fell 9.60 points or 1.92% to trade at 499.00 at the end. Energix TASE: (TASE:) fell 1.73%, or 18.00 points, to reach 1,022.00 Electra TASE: Ltd was at 1.26%, or 2,490.00 points lower than 194,900.00.
By 262 to 234, falling stocks outnumbered those in progress on Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and by 20 it was unchanged.
Shares of Energix (TASE) dropped to 52 week lows. This was down 1.73% (18.00-182.00).
The June delivery of crude oil fell 3.21%, or 3.31, to $99.78 per barrel. Brent oil, which was due for delivery on July 9, fell by 3.19% (3.38) to reach $102.56/barrel, and the June Gold Futures contract lost 0.86% (15.95) to trade at $1.842.65 per troy ounce.
USD/ILS increased 0.84% to $3.46 and EUR/ILS climbed 0.69% up to 3.65
US Dollar Index Futures were up 0.6% to 103.85
