Standard Bank appoints Nyembezi as chairman -Breaking

(Reuters) – Standard Bank Group Ltd., Africa’s biggest lender, announced Tuesday that it had appointed Nonkululeko Nyembezi to the position of chairman designate.

Nyembezi will be also the Chairman Designate of The Standard Bank of South Africa Ltd’s Board, according to the lender. She will assume these roles starting in June 1.
