Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Wednesday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

Saudi Arabia’s close ended with the stock market falling by 0.96% for a fresh 1-month low.

Saudi Industrial Export Co. TADAWUL: was among the top performers. They rose by 4.79% (or 19.00) to trade at 416,000.00 at the closing. Al Gassim Investment Holding Company SJSC, (TADAWUL 🙂 gained 4.58% (or 0.98 points) to close at 22.38. Savola Group was also up 2.36% (or 0.85 points) to 36.80 late trade.

AXA Cooperative Insurance Company SJSC(TADAWUL-) fell 7.95%, or 2.85 points, to trade at 33.00. Mouwasat Medical Services Company(TADAWUL 🙂 lost 6.55%, or 15.60 point to reach 222.40. United Cooperative Assurance Co. (TADAWUL 🙂 dropped 6.51%, or 1.95 to 28.00.

The Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange saw falling stocks surpass advancing stock by 137 percent to 88 percent, while 10 of the remaining shares ended unaffected.

The June delivery of crude oil was up 5.28 percent or $5.27 to $105.03 per barrel. Brent oil rose 4.45%, or 4.56, to $107.02 per barrel in July, and the June Gold Futures contract gained 0.39%, or 7.11, to trade at $1.848.11 an ounce.

EUR/SAR increased by 0.28% to reach 3.96 while USD/SAR remained unchanged at 0.01% to reach 3.75.

At 103.61, the US Dollar Index Futures fell 0.32%.
