- Unity Software(NYSE:) fell more than 33% in the middle of the day after the video-game software company missed its estimates and gave weaker than anticipated guidance following the close Tuesday. But earnings came in line to forecasts.
- Coinbase Global The stock market fell 22% following its revenue forecasts being missed. This quarter, the company posted an unexpected loss of $22 million. It posted a $1.98 loss per share. Company performance was affected by the current crypto market decline.
- Although it reported a larger than anticipated loss and revenues below its expectations, RobloxThe stock of (NYSE:) is currently up slightly under 11% as of Wednesday. According to the gaming site, it anticipates that net losses will continue for the near future.
- Change IncThe stock of (NYSE:) rose 9.6% following the announcement that DigitalBridge would acquire it in a $11 billion deal, which includes debt. DigitalBridge, an affiliate of IFM Investors global infrastructure investor will pay $34.25 each share for all the Switch common shares. This would bring the total value of the company to $8.38 billion.
- Electronic Arts(NASDAQ:) The stock missed revenue and earnings estimates Tuesday aftermarket. After Clay Griffin, MoffettNathanson’s analyst at MoffettNathanson upgraded the stock from Hold to Buy and set a $141 target for the price per share, however, the stock has rallied.
- Celsius Holdings (NASDAQ:) surged 23% following topping both the top and bottom-line forecasts. Domestic revenue grew by 217% for this fitness product maker.
