CHICAGO, (Reuters) – The U.S. Supreme Court draft decision regarding abortion that was leaked earlier in the month may mean that court could later pursue same-sex contraception and marriage rights, as President Joe Biden stated at a Chicago fundraiser Wednesday.

Biden said to donors: “Mark your words, they’re going after the… Supreme Court decision regarding the right of homosexual marriages,” he added. Contraception is also being considered.

You’ll see the decisions being made and it will further divide America. “We’re going to be fighting about things that shouldn’t be debated,” he stated.

Biden’s remarks were made after appealing last week to voters for protection of abortion rights, backing candidates in November’s elections. This was after the draft leaked to the Court showed that it could quickly overturn 1973 court decision legalizing abortion.
