Investing.com — The shares of Crocs Inc (NASDAQ:), rose on Thursday, after Jonathan Komp from Baird reiterated an Outperform rating. He also added Inc to Baird’s Fresh List.
Crocs shares are in decline by 58% year-over-year, despite increasing revenue and earning per share.
Crocs reported earnings of $2.05 per Share on revenues of $660.15 Million last week, beating both top-line and bottom line estimates. Investing.com polled analysts and predicted earnings of $1.55 per Share on $622.23 Million.
Komp stated that the current levels were at/near CROX’s March 2020 COVID lowests. They are bottomed at 6x Price-earnings, and 5x Enterprise Value/EBITDA.
He said that current valuation levels were too low and that the stock signals a higher conviction trading call.
Crocs shares closed the Thursday session at $56 per share, up 7%.
