Crypto exchange FTX CEO reveals stake in trading app Robinhood -Breaking

In a regulatory filing, Bankman-Fried stated that he had no intention to take control of Robinhood. Robinhood founders currently control 64% of voting shares, thanks to the company’s dual class shares.
An insider familiar with the matter stated that Bankman Fried had not told Robinhood of his plans to merge Robinhood with his FTX platform.
In the filing, Bankman-Fried stated that it is possible for his position to change. He could even push for such changes. He revealed that he began building Robinhood’s stake around March.
