TOKYO (Reuters), Haruhiko Kunroda, Bank of Japan Governor said Friday that an expected rise in inflation will not be sustainable as it is driven mainly from energy costs. He stressed the need for a loose monetary policy.

Kuroda spoke in support of Japan’s desire to see inflation shift away from energy-related inflation and towards one driven by rising corporate profits, saying that Japan will experience an increase in inflation.
