BERLIN, (Reuters) – Canada is hopeful of a rapid ratification process if Finland and Sweden are interested in NATO membership. Foreign Minister Melanie Joly stated this Sunday.
She told reporters, “I hope that this can be achieved within weeks,” as she arrived in Berlin for the second day of negotiations with NATO counterparts.
