Brazilian airline Gol COO Ferrer to take over as CEO -Breaking

SAO PAULO, (Reuters) – Brazilian airline Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes SA announced Monday that Celso Ferrer, its Chief Operating Officer is to assume the role of chief executive on July 1.

Ferrer will succeed Paulo Kakinoff. He will also become a director in the company’s board of directors, Gol said in a securities filing.
