France stocks lower at close of trade; CAC 40 down 0.23% -Breaking

Investing.com – France stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

The index dropped 0.19% at the Paris close.

ArcelorMittal SA: (AS:), up 2.67%, or 0.70 points, traded at 27.15 by the close. Engie SA, EPA: added 2.39% (or 0.27) to finish at 11.63 Thales In late trade, the EPA was at 116.05 and was up by 1.84% (or 2.10 points).

For June delivery, Gold Futures rose 0.35% to $1814.45 an ounce. In commodities trading, crude oil rose by 2.34%, or 2.54, to reach $111.17 per barrel. The July Brent oil contract increased 1.75%, or 1.95, to trade at $113.50 per barrel.

EUR/USD was unaffected by 0.13 to 1.04 while EUR/GBP was unaffected by 0.05% or 0.85.

At 104.37, the US Dollar Index Futures fell 0.2%.
