NEW YORK (Reuters) – Peloton Interactive (NASDAQ:) Inc and NordicTrack maker iFit stated on Monday they’ve reached a complete settlement to finish all pending litigation between them, and that the litigation will likely be dismissed.

In a joint assertion, the businesses stated Peloton agreed to license some iFit patents regarding distant management know-how, whereas iFit will take away some on-demand leaderboard know-how from its merchandise.
